The Flow-Bag is a tool composed of two bags: external one, in fabric, equipped with 5 grips and an internal PVC bag with nautical tube, to insert and remove the water. The internal bag, which contains the water, no longer having any aesthetic function, is built exclusively to ensure maximum reliability through the adoption of new welding solutions.
Thanks to its external grips, the Flow-bag allows multiple exercises from traditional free weights to more dynamic functional training, resulting a very versatile tool from the most varied applications. The main feature of the Flow-bag is to improve the proprioception and stability of the practitioner, who is forced anytime to control the instability of the internal content of the tool.
